The First Blood league is an European league.

The league page is currently running in CET (+1GMT) (central Europe time). All Scheduling and scheduled wars will be reported in CET to make things simpler.

The First Blood league uses the king of the hill -format, which means the following. Two teams play each other in solo matches eliminating other teams players until no one is left. A single clan war is BO7 (best of seven).

There is no mappool. The maps for each week are predetermined by the admin team. For example, 1. Xel Naga Caverns 2. Shattered Temple 3. Shakuras Plateau 4. Tal Darim Altar 5. Metalopolis 6. Terminus Re 7. Crevasse

Make an application according to the team profile format (league rules no. 18)  and send it to firstbloodleague@gmail.com. However, there will be no qualifiers -- all participating teams are handpicked by the admin team.

No. The First Blood League is aimed directly at amateur level players. Amateur doesn't equal bad - on the contrary. An amateur is someone who is passionate about his hobby and is driven solely by his sportsmanship but doesn't have the sufficient time/motivation/X to go pro. If we get sponsors it may be a different story but even then we will probably invest first to a better website, stream and such things.

The first season is ready to start as soon as we have eight suitable teams.
